To us, client service is everything. We treasure our relationship with each of our clients because we want our clients to succeed (it looks good on us) and because we've probably worked very hard to get their business (and that costs us money).

We don't follow the adage that "the client is always right", because that's not always the case. If we believe that a certain direction or decision isn't in your best interest, we'll tell you so. Heck, that's what we get paid for. But in the final analysis, it's your decision. It's your money and you have to live with the consequences.

Finally, we treat your advertising dollars like they are our own. We wouldn't recommend any action for you that we wouldn't recommend for ourselves. This philosophy sounds simple, but it works day in and day out for our clients.

Here are some of our client service personnel who would be happy to provide you service.

Quality design makes your advertising stand out and get noticed. It also strategically describes a product or service and presents it to a potential client in a manner that's easy to understand while recognizing the product benefits.

Put that together with professional, experienced and talented artists, and you have the design team at Petryna Advertising.

At Petryna Advertising we pride ourselves on providing creative solutions to problems and ensuring that projects come in on time and within budget. Though this sounds like it should be standard for every company - it's not!

We've learned that clients have an expectation of taking you at your word. If you've proposed a specific budget and a certain completion date, people count on and plan for those expectations. That's not to say that things don't come up, and changes have to be made. If this happens, we notify the client in advance, get their understanding and receive their permission to proceed.

We work as a team with our client. Here are a couple of people that keep us on time and within budget.
